Ironman
Check the bank first. If an item is missing, Ironman and Hardcore Ironman can use only a supported self-sufficient source.
Account-specific supply policy
- Ironman and Hardcore Ironman
- Use held items and bank resources, then implemented gathering, shop, production, quest-output or reclaim sources. Never use the Grand Exchange or player trading. Missing source support remains a concrete preparation gap.
- Regular accounts
- The approved policy is bank first, then buy missing tradable items at 110% of the in-game guide price, rounded up. For example, a guide price of 101 coins gives an offer price of 112 coins per item. The GE implementation is currently being integrated; price policy alone is not a completed purchase or proof it is available in the installed build.
- Ultimate Ironman
- Out of scope. The bank-based preparation model does not apply.
An unreadable bank is not an empty bank. Item form and quantity matter: a raw fish is not cooked food, a kitten is not an adult cat, and a completed prerequisite does not prove its reward is still owned.
What the catalogue proves
The catalogue scans all 114 quest definitions: entry requirements, recommendations, food alternatives, slot groups, item references and authored acquisition outputs. Item IDs come from item fields, never NPC or object IDs. Multiple forms sharing a name are shown explicitly; unpinned IDs remain unknown.
- Supported
- Reserved for an explicitly reviewed, integrated source with its scope stated. No catalogue row receives this label merely because an acquisition hint or quest step exists.
- Conditional
- An authored source candidate or a runtime source is present. Quest stage, inputs, location, skill levels, stock and admission can still prevent it. A source in one quest is not automatically reusable by another.
- Not implemented
- The item has a known ID but this scan identified no acquisition source. Existing ownership or bank retrieval may still satisfy a requirement.
- Unknown
- No source was identified and the exact item identity is not pinned. Review is needed before promising a recipe.
acquireVia values such as bank, ge and quest are authored hints, not executable recipes. A positive inventory-success check is a source candidate, not proof of a complete acquisition chain. The item details retain its phase, conditions, inputs and source reference.
A quest's recorded in-game verification date applies to that quest record. It does not certify every alternate source, every restart state or every account type.
Food, care and repeatable sources
Build update and supervised verification pending: the following source work is present in development. Host integration and the installed build must be checked before relying on it.
- Trout (333): fly fishing and cooking route, requiring Fishing 20, Cooking 15 and completed Cook's Assistant for the range.
- Salmon (329): Fishing 30 and Cooking 25 with the same range requirement, or Chadwell's shop on a members world after Plague City. Both require the food to be permitted; shops also need coins and stock.
- Kitten supplies: raw sardine (327) from Gerrant, bucket (1925) pickup and bucket of milk (1927) preparation. Replacement kittens and continued care have their own observed-state conditions. Adulthood must be observed, not inferred from elapsed time.
- Repeatable pot (1931): the Lumbridge kitchen spawn has a bounded world-hop contract after observed depletion. This does not enable hopping for every ground item.
- Ghostspeak amulet (552): a declared Father Urhney reclaim path for Creature of Fenkenstrain after The Restless Ghost, when exact bank inspection proves the amulet absent.
Source availability does not cancel session limits, owner control, combat restrictions or safe stopping. Unsupported preparation must retain a precise reason and allow other eligible selected work to be considered.
Remaining item gaps
The catalogue provides the complete no-source list, with item IDs and every associated quest. Filter Not implemented for known identities or Unknown for unpinned identities. These are actual entries, including quest intermediates and recommendations, not a promise of universal future acquisition.
